Accounts Payable: Each of your properties will have an individual account for operations. Once a purchase is deemed necessary, our strict purchasing procedures will ensure that the best possible prices and discounts will be found. All purchases will remain within the allowed operating budget boundaries. We will process invoices quickly and competently. Purchase orders and disbursement logs will be used to account for the monies spent.

Accounts Receivable: As rent and other supplementary incomes are received, we will immediately deposit those dollars into your operating account. In addition, we will not permit late payments. Our staff members are educated in drawing up documentation for collections. Thus if there is a problem getting payment, you will not incur the expense of employing an attorney.

Debt Service: Any debt services that relate to your property will be managed by our debt service administration in a judicious manner. We may also be able to use refinancing options to increase your returns.
